The problem

A fake review is damaging your business

Someone who was never a customer left a 1-star review. A competitor posted a fake negative. A disgruntled ex-employee wrote something defamatory. It’s sitting at the top of your Google profile, and every potential customer sees it first. You’ve tried reporting it yourself, but nothing happened.

What we do

How we handle disputes

Policy violation assessment

We review the flagged review against each platform’s content policies. We only dispute reviews that genuinely violate platform rules — fake reviews, defamatory content, off-topic reviews, spam, or conflict-of-interest reviews.

Official channel disputes

We submit disputes through each platform’s official reporting and appeal processes. We do not use third-party tools, paid removal services, or any method outside each platform’s published guidelines.

Documentation and follow-up

We document every dispute with the evidence and reasoning submitted, follow up with the platform, and keep you informed at each stage. If a dispute is unsuccessful, we’ll explain why and discuss alternative approaches.

Deliverables

What you get

  • Assessment of flagged reviews against platform content policies
  • Disputes filed through each platform’s official channels
  • Written documentation of each dispute and its outcome
  • Follow-up and appeals where the platform allows
  • Honest advice when a review does not meet the threshold for dispute

In practice

What this looks like

Illustrative example based on typical engagements

Melbourne plumber

A plumber received two 1-star reviews from people who had never used their services. We assessed both against Google’s review policies and submitted disputes through official channels.

  • Both reviews identified as policy-violating (fake / never a customer)
  • Disputes submitted and resolved through Google’s official process

FAQ

Common questions

Can you guarantee removal of a bad review?

No. We cannot guarantee that any review will be removed. Platforms make the final decision on every dispute. We can only flag reviews that we believe violate platform policies and submit disputes through official channels. Genuine reviews from real customers cannot be removed — even if they are negative.

What counts as a policy-violating review?

Each platform has its own content policies, but common violations include: fake reviews (the reviewer was never a customer), defamatory content, spam, off-topic reviews, and conflict-of-interest reviews (e.g., from a competitor or disgruntled employee). We assess each case individually.

What if a genuine negative review is hurting my business?

If a review is genuine, we cannot dispute it. Instead, we’ll help you respond professionally, and our review growth service can help you earn more positive reviews from real customers over time — which naturally pushes negative reviews down your profile.

How long does the dispute process take?

It depends on the platform. Google typically responds within 5–14 business days. Some disputes require multiple rounds of appeal. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
