• Your business name and website URL (if provided)
• Your selected concern or message

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Contact you about your enquiry within one business day
• Prepare your free presence audit
• Understand which services might suit your business

We do not use your information for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry unless you separately agree.

Where your data goes

Your form submission is:

• Sent to us via email notification (Resend email service)
• Stored temporarily on our hosting provider (Railway) — this storage is ephemeral and may be cleared on redeployment

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data security

We use HTTPS encryption, security headers, and input validation to protect your data in transit. Access to lead data is restricted to authorised team members.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us via our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
